Tomas wrote the code. Kate ran the business. The tools came out of need — our own first, then our friends', then a few thousand sellers who kept asking for the same things.

In 2006, our tools merged with inkFrog. The company changed hands. We kept selling, kept listening, kept notes. The product we always wanted to build — the one that reads a photograph and writes a listing — wasn't possible yet.

In 2026 it is. The two of us reopened the file. Same name we started with. Same mission. Independent again — and built for the small seller, same as it ever was.

If you listed on inkFrog in its early years, you were listing with twenty-five years of our experience baked in — even if you didn't know it. Tomas wrote code. Kate ran the business. Every feature came from a seller email, often yours. A few thousand of you built your business alongside us.

Then the company got sold. New owners, new priorities, quieter product. We kept selling. Kept listening. Kept the notes. The product we always wanted to build — the one that reads a photo and writes a listing — wasn't possible yet anyway.
