What counts as a new listing?
Creating a fresh listing with AI help, whether from a photo, a barcode, a title, or a URL. Importing existing listings, editing, relisting, crosslisting imported items, and delisting are all free and never count against your monthly total.
Do unused listings roll over?
Your monthly total resets at the start of each billing period. It doesn't roll over, but the limit is generous by design and most active sellers use far fewer than their plan allows.
What if I run out of listings mid-month?
Buy a one-time listing pack from your billing settings: no subscription change, no waiting for the next cycle. Packs add directly on top of your plan allowance. If you're consistently hitting your limit, upgrading your plan is usually the better value.
Do you charge extra per marketplace?
No. Every plan includes all supported marketplaces at no extra cost. Whether you list on one channel or ten, your price is the same. We'll never put a marketplace behind a paywall.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
Never. SpareDollar charges a flat monthly fee. Your proceeds are entirely yours whether you sell $100 or $100,000. Taking a cut of your revenue is misaligned with actually helping you sell more.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want from your account settings. Prorated credits are applied immediately on upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees, no dark patterns.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?
Your listings stay live on their respective marketplaces. SpareDollar doesn't delete anything from your sales channels when you leave. Your imported catalog data is available to export before you go.
How do listing packs work?
Packs are one-time top-ups that add new listings on top of your monthly plan. Buy one from your billing settings and the listings are available immediately. They last until your billing cycle resets and stack on top of your plan, not replace it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 10 free new listings with no card required and no time limit. Upgrade only when you're ready.
What does 'annual' save me?
Annual billing locks in 2 months free versus paying month-to-month. The per-month rate shown is the annual total divided by 12, the same across every plan.
Is importing really free?
Yes, always. Connecting a marketplace and pulling in your existing listings never counts against your monthly total. You only spend a new listing when you create something new from scratch.
